The potential of digital cameras in the video sector is wide, but the transition from photographic to video shooting is not as easy as it appears. For proper planning and shooting of recordings, many aspects must be considered and an accurate technical background must be acquired in order to make the best use of your equipment. During the course, shooting parameters, necessary accessories, basics of video editing and post-production will be covered.

– The cinematic look of HDSLR video and video formats: HD, Full HD, 4K, and beyond;
– Codecs, recording formats, and compression;
– Frame Rate (image frequency, fps: frames per second) 24/25/50/120;
– Audio recording formats;
– Use of suitable SD or SDHC memories for video stream recording;
– Practice recording clips in different situations;
– Practice editing clips and audio to create a short demonstrative video.
